Birthday Parties

Hosting your child's birthday party at Manhattan Gymnastics Academy provides a unique and exciting adventure for your child and their friends.

Each party is 95 minutes and includes:

  • 50 minutes of organized fun or open gym

  • 45 minutes in our birthday party area

Call or drop by today to schedule the birthday party.

Payment in full is required at time of booking.  Should you need to cancel your party for any reason, your payment, less a $25 booking fee will be refunded.  Booking fee does not apply if the party is rescheduled for another day.

Registration Forms are required for each person in attendance.  These must be signed by the PARENT or LEGAL GUARDIAN of the participant.  You may download these to be included with your invitations or we have provided invitations on our website for you to use which include the registration form.  You can also instruct those in attendance to go to our website and fill out our online registration form for a birthday party participant. Have them do this in advance of the party and they will be ready to go with no paperwork to fill out the day of the party.
Unless there is a legal power of attorney all registration forms must be completed by parent. Please make this clear to those you are inviting. We do not want to make a young child unhappy when they are not allowed to participate.

Handicapped accessible accommodations provided upon request.

We offer Preschool parties for the birthday child ages 3-5. Party participants must be between the ages of Walking-12. As the party is intended for children ages 3-5 parents are allowed out on the floor, and must accompany any child under the age of 3. However adults are NOT permitted on the equipment. No exceptions.

School Age parties for the birthday child ages 6-12. Party participants must be between the ages of 3-12. As the party is intended for school age children, parents are not allowed on the floor during party time. The hosting parent only, will be invited down to take a picture at the end of time on the floor

Items that may not be brought into our facility:  confetti, silly string, alcohol, pinatas, or flames other than birthday candles. Confetti, silly string, alcohol and pinatas requires additional cleaning by our staff after the party. If any of these items are used during one of our party times, we reserve the right to assess an additional cleaning charge to your card. For safety reasons, we do not allow flames other than birthday candles. No outside food other than cake, cupcakes, ice cream, pizza and drinks are allowed during your party.


We provide:

  • Coach

  • Birthday Party Specialist

  • Organized Party Games (if requested)

  • Table and chairs

  • Manhattan Gymnastics Academy souvenir for the birthday child

  • Clean-up

You are welcome to bring your own cake or cupcakes and ice cream.

$175 for 15 children (including birthday child)  If you should need to go over 15 the max number is 24, with an additional charge of $7 per child.

Each additional birthday child is $13.50.




Birthday parties can be schedule during one of the following time blocks:

  • Saturday: 11am, 1pm, 3pm

  • Please plan to arrive no earlier than 5 minutes prior to the party time. Our quality staff will help you set up your party while the kids begin their gymnastics adventure.
